Returns + Exchange Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your online purchase. If you are unhappy for any reason, we’ll gladly accept a return of any full priced items within 100 days of purchase or within 30 days for any sale items. Items should be returned in their original condition, unworn and with their tags attached.

Do I have to pay for shipping?
For any return you will be responsible for shipping and handling charges to return any unwanted items. If the package does not reach us safely we will not be able to complete the refund, so you will need to send it via a trackable method for peace of mind and to retain proof of postage until you have received confirmation that your return has been processed.
Please note:West Indie is not responsible to pay duties to receive the goods. If there is a charge it will be deducted from your final refund.
What if my item is faulty?
We're so sorry if an item you received is not in perfect condition! If you could please email a photo of the fault to email@example.com. We will replace the item if the stock is available or refund you upon receiving your faulty item back. We also have a 3 Month Warranty period on all of our pieces, please note this excludes fair wear and tear.
